Using views in panels with views arguments and views argument handling code. The premise is to create reusable views that filter based on arguments passed in the url. We can also derive things from the URL with argument handling code, such as a vocabulary id based on taxonomy id.

Applications include custom user profile pages and pages with a variety of blocks based on taxonomy.

The talk will start with very basic information about how to set up a view and embed it in a panel. We will then proceed to a discussion of views arguments and finally to a discussion of views argument handling code.
